Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Elternzeitvertretung bis Ende Juni 2027

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our Legal Team in Berlin, temporarily as parental leave coverage until June 30, 2027. The successful candidate will advise Takeda on legal matters and contribute to shaping our business activities in Germany safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Law graduate with outstanding state exams
• Several years of relevant professional experience after the second state exam
• Experience in legal advice to companies from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Germany
• Good knowledge of German business and pharmaceutical law
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
• Negotiation-proof German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Team-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with strong stakeholder management
• Safe handling of modern collaboration tools and Microsoft Office applications
