Maintenance Lead responsible for leading and managing maintenance engineering operations, developing technician capability, and ensuring high standards in safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or trade certification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation)
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience with CMMS systems (preferably SAP PM)
- Knowledge of GMP in regulated environments
- Ability to read technical drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics)
- Strong troubleshooting experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
