We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, Investigational Medicinal Products Pipeline Development, Shonan iPark. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality assurance of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) in development and manufacture, including the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, engineering, or related scientific fields
• At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance for IMPs, including manufacturing and development
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (business level)
• Business level Japanese in speaking, writing, and reading
