Quality Lead Technician

As a Quality Lead Technician at BioLife Plasma Services, you will be responsible for monitoring designated systems and activities to ensure source plasma manufacturing is performed consistently according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will work closely with the management team to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations. You will also be responsible for training new and existing staff on donor center procedures, maintaining certification and performing all required duties of Lead Technician.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Certification in all three primary operational areas of the plasma center
• Completion of all training through Lead Technician
