Job Description
The (Sr.) MSL-Neuroscience, Medical position in Guangzhou, China involves engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the neuroscience therapeutic area, developing regional medical plans, and providing medical expertise to support Takeda's business goals. The successful candidate will work on a field-based role, traveling frequently, and will be responsible for identifying and updating regional KOLs, profiling regional experts, and designing individual KOL engagement plans.
Requirements
- Master degree in Medical or Life science
- Either ā„1 year clinical working experience and/or in multinational pharmaceutical company or ā„2 year relevant work experience
- ā„2 year prior MSL experience with a track record of success in multinational pharmaceutical company (for senior MSL)
- Fundamental knowledge of clinical study methodology
- Customer focused with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly medical project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within timeframe and manage milestones
- Innovative sense and willing to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage and resolve issues of responsible products from medical perspective
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Fluent in written business English, workable in spoken English
- Awareness of and adherence to the companyās credo and compliance requirement
- Strong communication skill and team spirit
