Job Description
We are a fintech founded in Latin America in 2022, building a global, simple, and secure financial infrastructure. We seek a B2B Senior Sales Associate to develop and close business opportunities with B2B clients, managing the entire sales cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales of fintech solutions, payments, technology, or financial services
- Strong goal-oriented, metrics, and commercial performance
- Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes
- Practical knowledge of CRM (Pipedrive or similar)
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple opportunities in parallel
- Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to provide mentoring to junior profiles within the company
- Startup mindset: ambition, autonomy, sense of urgency, and ownership
