Tako is a unified platform for people operations that becomes the source of intelligence for Brazilian companies. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the complete product development cycle: from discovery to delivery. The person will play a central role in aligning strategy, user experience, and technical execution, translating complex needs into simple and effective solutions.
Requirements
- Have experience as a Product Manager (or similar function) in digital products
- Have worked with Product Discovery and Product Delivery, applying different frameworks according to context
- Have faced challenges that required analytical capacity and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Have proven the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, even without hierarchical authority
