Job Description
Tako is a unified people operations platform that becomes the source of intelligence for Brazilian companies. As a Software Engineer at Tako, you will be responsible for developing scalable products that automate complex operations, starting with structural problems of Brazilian companies, such as payroll, government integrations, and regulatory flows.
Requirements
- Knowledge of good software development practices
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably AWS
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a product-focused approach
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
