Job Description
Tako is a unified people operations platform that becomes the source of intelligence for Brazilian companies. We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop scalable products that automate complex operations, starting with structural problems of Brazilian companies, such as payroll, government integrations, and regulatory flows, as well as creating infrastructure to support AI applications operating with security and predictability.
Requirements
- Knowledge of good software development practices
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably AWS
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Problem-solving skills, autonomy, and product-focused approach
- Ability to learn quickly new technologies and concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
