Staff Product Designer

Tako is a unified platform for people operations that becomes the source of intelligence for Brazilian companies. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for transforming complex HR processes into simple, intuitive, and visually perfect solutions, making life easier for our users.

Requirements

• Experience in agile teams, working side by side with development teams during the implementation process.
• Ability to manage your own work in environments with a high level of autonomy.
• Demonstrate refined UX and UI skills.
• Previous experience with large-scale mobile apps and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is a differential.
• Ability to run the entire process of a new feature or improvement, from discovery to monitoring of results.
• Have clarity in reasoning, be able to communicate learnings and hypotheses behind each proposal, constantly seek how to simplify the experience and make it more intuitive.
• Have analytical vision, be able to interpret metrics and results, derive hypotheses and conclusions.
