We're looking for an Applied AI Engagement Manager to serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS
- Technical foundation and ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with multiple projects and timelines
- Experience in implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context (ideal but not required)
- Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.) (ideal but not required)
- Analytical skills and hands-on mentality (ideal but not required)
- Knowledge of APIs, Python, and SQL (ideal but not required)
