GTM Engineer

As a GTM Engineer at Taktile, you will design and operate systems that power the revenue engine and own metrics around increasing sales efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to build automated revenue systems, create scalable GTM data pipelines, and run experiments to turn winning ideas into robust systems.

Requirements

• Architect intelligent alert systems
• Build automated revenue systems using AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation
• Create and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines
• Run experiments end-to-end
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows across a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Snowflake
• Deep understanding of B2B sales motions
• Engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI
