Job Description
Taktile is looking for a Senior Digital Growth Manager to drive measurable pipeline growth through paid channels and account-based marketing, working closely with the marketing team to own and manage paid channels, define organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, and optimize campaigns across the full funnel.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth/performance/paid marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on pipeline (SQLs/opportunities) rather than just lead volume
- Hands-on experience running ABM programs in close alignment with sales
- Curiosity to work with the latest AI tools to accelerate your day-to-day operations
- Comfortable owning your function end-to-end in a lean, high-output team
- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus)
- Ability to move fast in a scale-up environment
