Senior Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to help our customers make smarter and safer decisions with the power of AI. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work in partnership with our Sales Team and be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals and realize value by using Taktile in their decisioning tech stack.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working within Enterprise/Solution Engineering
• Technical expertise in REST APIs, ML models, and AI use cases in financial services
• General understanding of Python, APIs, and modern AI models
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and plan project scope, expectations, and timelines
