Job Description
TAL is a leading life insurer that has been protecting Australians for over 150 years. As a Claims Consultant, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for customers. You will work with a team to deliver quality health and claim outcomes, and participate in case conferences and peer case discussions.
Requirements
- Life insurance claims management experience within Group policy
- IP and/or TPD claims experience is ideal
- Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills
- Excellent communication & empathy to support customers during challenging times.
- Solid understanding of injuries, illnesses and treatment
