Claims Consultant - Retail Income Protection Claims: proactively manage complex Retail Income Protection claims, provide best-in-class customer experience, and ensure compliance with TAL policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Life Insurance claims management
- Ability to build rapport and empathy with customers
- Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
