Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence and challenge stakeholders
- Sound understanding of APRA's role and CPS 230 requirements, including the Prudential Practice Guide, with a focus on Critical Operations, tolerance settings and Business Continuity expectations
- Well-developed business analysis capability, including documenting and maintaining process maps and identifying dependencies across people, processes, systems and third parties
- Solid knowledge of Business Continuity and Resilience Management frameworks, internal control frameworks, and their alignment with IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices
