Sales Support

We are Part of the TAL Building Centers Family of Stores. We are seeking a Sales Support to provide direct support to the sales reps in providing exceptional customer service to dedicated accounts. The role involves managing the sales process, preparing, and coordinating all quotes and sales orders to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum education of High School or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service and order entry, ideally gained in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage a large volume of detailed work while consistently producing accurate results.
• Must have knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs.
