Manager - Capital Markets Loan Operations

Tala is a global financial infrastructure company seeking a Manager, Capital Markets Loan Operations to manage existing loan portfolios and ensure liquidity as the company continues to scale operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of loan processing or loan officer roles at a bank, commercial lender, or similar financial institution
• Proven ability to self-start and figure things out independently in dynamic, unstructured environments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Deep understanding of asset-based finance, debt structuring, fintech lending, payments, decentralized finance, stablecoins, asset tokenization and securitizations
• Proven ability to prepare financial models, internal and external reporting memoranda
