Job Description
Tala is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their Strategic Finance team. The role involves financial forecasting, reporting, analysis, and collaboration across Finance and business teams to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and strengthen financial controls. This is a remote-first position with offices in Santa Monica, CA, Nairobi, Kenya, Mexico City, Mexico, Manila, the Philippines, and Bangalore, India.
Requirements
- Understand key drivers of the business.
- Drive process improvements and development of reporting tools.
- Build and maintain the P&L.
- Develop people-related metric reports.
