Tala is a global financial infrastructure company on a mission to unleash the economic power of the global majority. We're looking for a Vice President of Finance to drive enterprise-level financial strategy, long-range planning, capital allocation, and performance management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth corporate finance, strategic finance, or strategy consulting
• Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or marketplace models strongly preferred
• Proven track record building complex financial models and leading enterprise planning
• Experience working with executive teams and boards
• Strong capital markets and valuation knowledge
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
