Talan is seeking a Consulting Manager Transports and Mobility to lead complex projects and develop the company's offer in the transportation and mobility sector. The successful candidate will have strong client exposure and be responsible for client relationship development, project management, leadership, and talent development.

Requirements

• Degree from a prestigious academic institution (business or engineering school, MBA...)
• At least 6 years of experience in consulting or a structure in the transportation/mobility sector
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or innovation culture and new technologies (AI, data, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of the sector (public transportation, rail, intermodality, regulation...)
• Solid client culture with a desire to win high-added-value missions collectively
• Natural leadership and ability to mobilize teams
• Good relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders
