Talarico for Texas is building a people-powered campaign rooted in grassroots support, integrity, and the belief that politics should work for everyday Texans.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with elected officials, community leaders, and grassroots organizations.
• Are skilled at coalition-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Can track endorsements, manage outreach lists, and keep detailed notes on conversations and commitments.
• Are comfortable representing the campaign in meetings and at events.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Share a commitment to Democratic values, grassroots organizing, and electing James Talarico.
• Previous experience with political outreach, organizing, or campaigns is a plus.
