Community Affairs Manager

Manager, Community Affairs will lead community engagement efforts across Pennsylvania, supporting Talen Energy’s commitment to strong local partnerships and positive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build relationships with local leaders, community organizations, workforce partners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate community investment initiatives, sponsorships, and events
• Support plant leadership with local outreach and stakeholder communications
• Represent the company at community meetings, public events, and forums
• Monitor local issues and sentiment that may impact company operations or reputation
• Partner with government affairs and communications teams to align messaging and engagement
• Support economic development and workforce initiatives in local markets
