Job Description
Talen Energy is seeking a Relay Test Technician to perform complex work activities within the Relay Test department with limited supervision. The role includes performing surveillance tests, routine and emergency maintenance, calibrations, troubleshooting, modifications, and inspections of nuclear plant protection relays, alarms, and control circuitry systems.
Requirements
- Graduate of a two-year Electronic Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering Technology degree program
- Successful completion of Engineering Aide exam
- Valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle operator's license
- Successful completion of the Ramsay Corporation Electrical Test Technician Screening Exam
- Ability to obtain unescorted site access for SSES
