Job Description
The Perfect Binder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining perfect binding machines used to assemble printed materials such as books, catalogs, and manuals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience operating a perfect binder or similar finishing equipment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of bindery or printing processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as production requires
