We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and manage the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
- Lead client negotiations, pricing, and commercial proposals
- Ensure strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure scope and commercial alignment
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the ERP/Odoo ecosystem
- Coach and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reviews
