Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to take charge of our construction fleet as the Fleet Supervisor, responsible for managing maintenance, repairs, logistics, and compliance, and collaborating with project managers and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a construction fleet management role
- Proven understanding of construction equipment and maintenance procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and fleet management software (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A commitment to safety and compliance
