Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to establish and manage the full HR function in-house for a growing technology platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through structured HR practices.
Requirements
- Set up and manage the complete HR function, including policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Develop and implement company handbook and employee handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes.
- Handle leave management including annual leave, sick leave, and absence tracking.
- Drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards.
- Support leadership with HR advisory, workforce planning, and organisational structure.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting for management decision-making.
