Job Description
We are seeking a multi-skilled IT & Web Support Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day IT needs across the company. This role suits a technically competent individual with solid troubleshooting ability and broad exposure to general IT support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in general IT support, web maintenance, or office tech environments.
- Proficient in basic web development or CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
- Comfortable using graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) for simple marketing tasks.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac troubleshooting, basic networking, and computer security setup.
- Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot independently, and support multiple tasks simultaneously.
