Junior CFO | Finance Strategist | Jobs in Dubai

This is a hybrid finance position that involves financial control, business strategy, and innovation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for transforming finance through AI and automation.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Fintech/start-up environments
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills using Google Sheets or Excel
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Interest in and understanding of AI tools and automation in financial workflows
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English and based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai
