Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee all aspects of MEP systems for construction projects in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing project plans, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager or similar role
- Proven experience in managing and delivering MEP projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design, construction, and operation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Working knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations
- AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
