Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Specialist | Recruitment Consultant

We're hiring a Rockstar Recruiter to join our diverse team in Dubai. As a Recruiter, you'll manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment within a Recruitment Agency, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or any second language is an advantage
