Job Description
A leading trading company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with AML, anti-bribery regulations, international sanctions and KYC due diligence processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance, with a focus on Trade Sanctions
- Strong background in Bribery and Corruption regulations, KYC/Due Diligence
- Experience in Trading, particularly in Commodities (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Knowledge of Sanctions & Regulatory Frameworks: Sanctions Framework, Price Cap Rules & counter-sanctions, Oil & Gas sector regulations
- Strong decision-making abilities with high integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in compliance assessments
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
