We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yacht Charter Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of yacht charters, from initial client inquiries to flawless event execution.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of yacht charters, including client communication, booking confirmations, itinerary planning, and menu selection.
• Oversee the preparation and provisioning of the yacht for each charter, ensuring it meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
• Supervise the yacht crew, ensuring their professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to guest requests.
• Manage onboard events, parties, and gatherings, coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, finances, and operational details.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients.
