Job Description
Talent Consultant Group is partnered with an engineering firm to identify a Land Development Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will utilize their project management skills to plan, organize, and direct work activities and resources necessary to complete assigned projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Land Development design or construction management in the NE Florida market
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Licensed Professional Engineer
- Strong relationships and contacts with residential/commercial developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies
- Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Strong project management skills
