Job Description
Clinical Social Worker provides counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month. Daily travel is required and a valid driver's license is necessary.
Requirements
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
- Energetic and ambitious attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
