Requirements

• Previous experience working within a private client team/environment
• Strong client care service skills and ability to work to various deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent IT skills and experience using case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Clear understanding of confidentiality / Data Protection
• Ability to work in a team and work alone
• Full clean driving license (ideally)
