Property Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Land and Property Dispute Resolution team, based in either Preston or Kendal. The team acts for a diverse client base including property developers, investment companies, commercial occupiers, business owners and individuals across England.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE with strong commercial property litigation experience
• Can confidently manage a caseload
• Has experience across landlord & tenant and wider real property disputes
• Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills
• Is commercially aware and client-focused
