The Freelance Global Outplacement Coach will provide career development and job search consulting to outplacement participants on an individual and/or group basis, while establishing rapport and motivating them to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Expertise in Career Development, including Career Planning, branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, social networking, internet job search, etc.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures, cultures, and decision-making processes.
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery, and savvy with technology.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Excellent capacity to work with a wide variety of individuals from varied educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Excellent listener; must possess strong empathy and sensitivity to emotional reactions.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
