Accounting & Reporting Manager

Provide leadership in accounting processes, journals, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CPA certification preferred
• Proven experience in accounting with a minimum of 5 years
• Ex-Big4 Accounting Firm preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, IFRS17, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment
