Associate Recruitment Consultant

Talent Insider is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to develop a comprehensive understanding of client companies, promote job openings, and manage applications and interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Outsourcing or IT consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines while achieving targets
• Hands-on experience with selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks
• Skills in conducting interviews, screening candidates, and presenting them to clients
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
• Willingness to work in the Kelapa Gading area
