Country HR Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are looking for a Country HR Manager to lead a team of HR professionals and develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager within global manufacturing setting
• Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
