Country Manager

Talent Insider is seeking a Country Manager to drive the execution of the group's business strategy, acquiring new clients and increasing the share of wallet for existing clients. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience leading a growing business in a regulated, multinational environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years working experience of leading a growing business, in a regulated, multinational, multi service environment.
• Deep experience of leading a professional services business delivering a broad range of services to both large local corporates and multi-national corporates.
• Proven track record in driving organic growth through increasing revenue from the existing client base as well as acquiring new clients.
• More than 5 Years of operational experience in multiservice, multi-country environments, covering offshoring, centralisation & standardisation initiatives aimed at serving an increasingly global client persona.
• Experience in actively managing change; from idea inception to fully implementing changes proposed.
• Robust capabilities around business planning, budgeting and managing P&Ls.
• A solid understanding of (Indonesia specific & general) Corporate Multi-National Expansion solutions (such as Company Secretarial, Payroll, Financial Accounting etc)
