Engineer Manager

Talent Insider is seeking an Engineer Manager to lead the engineering team, design, develop, and deliver initiatives, and oversee project quality and timeliness. The successful candidate will have experience in software development, team leadership, and people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Vocational School in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in software development and delivery.
• At least 3+ years of experience in leading small and mid-sized development teams.
• Strong systems design experience, having scaled distributed systems/microservices in products.
• Solid programming skills in at least one of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Strong people leadership skills including growing and guiding your team members.
• Ability to set a roadmap and goals for a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good project management skills.
