Executive Director

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021, that assists leading brands in Indonesia with growth plans and strategies. The Executive Director will drive the chamber's mission, introduce strategic initiatives, and promote fair market access.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of working experience
• Proven senior leadership experience
• Top university degree, ideally from international universities
• Master / MBA or PHD is welcome to apply
• Industry preference: other trade organisations, chamber, or professional services
• Prior working experience in government relations, or roles that are exposed to governments
• Excellent stakeholders management, and ability to navigate complex stakeholders relationships
• Influencing, negotiation and high-level decision making
