Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to establish and nurture a skilled cybersecurity team, providing strong leadership and guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, preferably in Presales/Consulting/Technical Sales roles with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, product design, and architecture design in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams - experience in managing and leading a team in the last 5 years of tenure.
