Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, develop and implement financial strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimal 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance business (life or general)
• Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
