Job Description
Lead and motivate the marketing team, develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze P&L and market data, mentor team members, and manage product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience in the FMCG sector, including 3-5 years in a leadership role with a focus on product launches and brand positioning.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a collaborative team environment and motivating team members.
