Head of Operations

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. The company is registered in Singapore & Indonesia and provides services to leading brands in Indonesia. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing various operations, improving profitability, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years working experience of leading a growing business, in a regulated, multinational, multi service environment.
• Deep experience of leading a professional services business delivering a broad range of services to both large local corporates and multi-national corporates.
• Proven track record in driving organic growth through increasing revenue from the existing client base as well as acquiring new clients.
• More than 5 Years of operational experience in multiservice, multi-country environments, covering offshoring, centralisation & standardisation initiatives aimed at serving an increasingly global client persona.
