Project Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Project Manager to manage project team members, influence them to take positive action and accountability, and ensure project deliverables.

Requirements

• Project Management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated Healthcare solutions in a customer facing role
• Experience of full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, go-live and closure
• Direct healthcare knowledge or 3+ yrs experience with an HIS or LIMS system highly preferred
• Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets and forecasting
• Experience leading a diverse / multi-disciplined team
• Experience communicating across all levels of an organization
• An understanding of hospital procedures, standard working practices, structure and politics
• Previous experience as an end user of an integrated health system
• Clinical experience or background - ideally as a user of TrakCare or other Hospital Information System (HIS) applications
• Broad understanding of IT technical implementation-delivery
• Senior level management training
• Microsoft Project
